USAA unscruplous!

All USAA clients have to do is lie about what happened and they will deny liability before you have a chance to give a statement! Your word against theirs, guess who they're going to believe. IF you are in an accident with a USAA insurance client, be sure to take pictures of the accident at the scene, BEFORE you remove your vehicles! YOU will need plenty of backup to prove they are at fault. This is an unscrupulous insurance company. BEWARE!
