USAA is TERRIBLE!!!!

I've been with them for over 15 years and made my first claim. I was treated like SH@T!!!! I actually feel violated by the whole experience. First they said they weren't going to pay my claim. When I pressed the issue (legally) and provided proof that I was covered. They obstructed and then low balled my loss...offered me 25% of what it would cost!!!! I'm making a complaint against them with the CALIFORNIA INSURANCE COMMISSION...IF ENOUGH OF US MAKE COMPLAINTS we can get USAA barred from doing business here!!! Join the fight...a company that runs around falsely claiming it's here to help veterans and their families should be shown for the scum they are.
