USAA has changedUSAA has traded growth for customer service. I called to ask questions about my auto coverage and after talking with 3 people received only a partial answer. Also found that I could have been saving several hundred dollars a year by buying insurance THROUGH USAA instead of directly FROM USAA. Why do I have to be a detective to find this out. I have all my insurance with them and the prospect of talking with 8 or 9 people to puzzle together what I have and don't is a bleak prospect. The USAA employees are very nice, but the organization is very different from the old days.
