USAA IS NOT WHAT IS WAS

I have to agree with the negative comments. I have been with USAA for 20 years. I used to LOVE this company. I could not say enough good things about them. But within the past couple of years they have changed. They have lost good customer service. No matter what department you talk with, you get a different answer to your question(s). Well, that is IF they can even answer it without transferring you. They act like Bank of America or any other bailed out corrupt company. They have forgotten whey the company was created and who they are serving.
