The worst customer service....

They are the worst company! They have the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. One of their drivers hit me, no fault of my own, and for one month I received nothing but the run around and excuses from this company. I never received a call back or a letter advising me of what their intentions were as the responsible insurance company. My car has been fixed but now they are trying to stick me with part of the rental car expense. Next time I will pay my deductible of $500 and have my insurance company (GEICO) handle it for me.
