Still Waiting Its been 8 days and no Response from USAA

USAA 8 days ago I filed a property damage claim that morning I got a E-mail that someone would contact me by that nite at 5:30 pm no call but I did get a E-mail about their property renewal policy so I waited 5 days later I E-mailed them again and received a response that they would call me in one Business day still waiting. But I got the message pay your premimum but don't claim. Oh don't do the auto loan with them because when I did that in Aug 2010 after I purchased the vehicle and took it home to call USAA and give the information about the car loan I found out that the amount I was told I had the loan for well they were only going to loan me 80% of the Factory Invoice price not the what the dealer said it was worth. Got my loan from another bank at 1% lower rate than USAA. I am not very happy with them at this point but still waiting for someone to call me LOVE USAA!! I don't know how to rate them because I never get to talk to anyone.
