So far not impressed at all

I was rear-ended by a USAA carrier while stopped at a traffic light. They continue to drag their feet on making a decision who is at fault and in the meantime, keep encouraging me to go thru my own carrier. I do not want to pay the deductible on something that was clearly the fault of their client. So today I called for the 3rd time in about 9 days to once again check the claim status and they tell me they don't have a police report. They said the last person they talked to called in and refused to provide it (that last person was me) and this NEVER happened. Then they said 'oh it looks like we ordered the police report and got it two days ago we just need to review it'. Imagine that. So the person I spoke with, very nice by the way, left another msg for the adjuster to please contact me. Looks like there will be a 4th call made and this time I will have to crank it up to a daily thing. Very disappointing I would NEVER place my insurance there.
