In over 45 years of buying insurance and a 25 year business owner I have NEVER dealt with a worse company than USAA. After three weeks of trying to get an answers on a claim I am still waiting for someone to contact me. The two incompetent people who I reached by phone had no answers but, can you believe it, tri4ed to sell me more insurance.

It is obvious what USAA is doing. Hiring incompetent people at low wages and not fully staffing people for USAA profit. Check CEO's compensation. If you have a claim they could care less and will accept loss of you as customer since you made the sin of making a claim.
