Paying too much!

USAA does not send out an adjuster for the car that has been hit. They sent one out to inspect my car after my car was involved in an accident in a parking lot. They said they would inspect the other car, but didn't. Very little damage was done to the other car after being hit by my car. The other car has dents all over the place. USAA asked the other owner to get an estimate. He did, and the car repair shop was not given a report from the USAA adjuster, so the repair shop gave them an estimate for more damage than was done at the time. The fender that was hit, was already dented. Only minor scrapes were made by my car. My insurance will most likely go up quite a bit because they are paying the other owner $1000.00 for damage that was not caused by us. This is called fraud!
