Outright lied about homeowner insurance policy

Have been a member for 14 years and filed a homeowners claim three years ago on water damage from our upstairs toilet. Claim was less than 3k. I have 4 cars insured with them, a homeowners policy and valuable property policy. Call last week for a home insurance quote on our new house we are building and was told they don't cover Virginia Beach anymore. Had my "new" husband call on the same exact house, address etc and they gave him a quote. Really USAA??? I have a 813 credit score and combined income of over 180K and you won't insure me because of one claim. Called Amica insurance (rated #1 by JD Power) and received a quote for 700 dollars cheaper. See ya USAA, you are sketchy and your CSR's are downright rude!
