Customer Review - USAA

Nothing but the run around from USAA!

What a nightmare it has been dealing with USAA. First, WE have to supply them with a police report(isn't that their job), we have to pay to mail them paperwork they need (overnight), took three tries before the tow truck driver actually showed up to get our totaled vehicle. It's always one more thing, one more form, one more day! Have been told twice that the check would be issued to pay off our loan and still no check has been issued. After the second time, we asked for a copy of the check to be sent and we received a copy of blank check. No date, no amount, no nothing. All they do is lie to us and use stall tactics. They have not ever once contacted us, it is always us trying to find out what is going on. You never talk to the same person, when asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to hang up as I was at work. USAA has been a nightmare to deal with and definitely has not lived up to what I thought was their good reputation. What an outrage and a disgrace this company has been to our country and our service men and woman who they claim to support and honor.
