Not my insurance company but not a good company

This is not a good insurance company they are not my company but, one of there policy holder hit my car and before he looked at my car he said it was a total loss. I can you determine if a car if total if you have not looked at it. So buyers beware and I would hate for one of there policy holder to hit your car they don't want to pay. If they do let your insurance company handle it and let them go after USAA.
