Customer Review - USAA

Not Welcome at USAA

I called their customer service to today so I can log on the website to unlock my account. I have previously setup an account to view their services but have forgotten it in between deployments. The lady asked for my social, etc... then came to my enlistment date. I gave her my enlistment date, but some how they think they know me better and would not accept MY enlistment date. Even called me by a different rank. Weird. You can keep your login USAA. I'm staying with my bank, home insurance, and multi-car insurance. I'll take my business elsewhere (where I feel welcomed).
