Non-service for hearing disabledUSAA does not recognize that fact that many service retirees are hard of hearing. I have been trying to just obtain info from a credit card charge and the 'Resolution specialist' keeps telling me to phone her. Obviously I cannot. They completely disregard the Americans With Disabilities Act even though their customers are primarily Federally connected.
