Mortgage Services Horrible!!!

We already lost one house we were buying because they couldn't meet the closing date. We are about to lose a second home this Friday for the same reason. The wench we were assigned to just opened our mortgage application on June 14th and we were supposed to close on June 17th. She informed us there is no way we will close on time. We sent her our complete application on May 17th. They subcontract their mortgage services and the employees couldn't care less about taking care of customers.
