Make a claim with these guys and YOU LOSE.

I have had USAA insurance for over 25 years and this was the first accident I have been in. It was not my fault, but I have $100,000 Med Pay to take care of these things. I made the claim and then it all came apart. USAA denied claim after claim on false premises, causing my care providers to sue me for payment of tens of thousands of dollars. USAA is responsible for this but has denied my claims over and over, even though I have proved to them several times where they are wrong. They don't admit fault. As a result, I have had to report them to the state insurance commission. I have never reported an insurance company before. And, don't EVER get tangked up with their "agents" in Alabama, Auto injury Solutions. they are bureaucrats and their job is to save USAA money, not get YOU the best care you have paid for.
This has been horrible, frustrating and disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone again. I will make sure that my VA group knows about this.
