Horrible to deal with

I was hit by one of their insured and they were horrible to deal with. They refused to accept liability even with a police report stating their insured was liable. They fought me on issuing a rental car. They tried to stick me with the extra insurance charges and when their salvage company continued to delay picking up my now totaled vehicle they refused to extend the rental car until I received payment. They told me to send the title with the vehicle and then denied having done so. I was told I would receive a check for the value of my now totaled vehicle within 24-48 hours after they received it. WRONG!!! Try 3-4 days. LIARS and THIEVES!! Avoid at all costs.
