Great...until you actually make a claim

I was a happy USAA customer for 16 years, and then one day I made a claim. They low balled the value of my total loss, made it so expensive to appeal that it wasn't worth it, and then were rude and condescending on the phone. THEN, when I called to cancel my accounts, suddenly they're asking how much I should have been paid, and offering to reopen my case. Too little too late, buddy.
