Dishonest

If you care about fairness, forget dealing with USAA. They may be good to their customers, but if you are involved in an accident with one of their clients, forget about getting any satisfaction. They tell their clients to lie and without even getting a statement from you, they decline your claim.Your word against theirs, so who are they going to believe?

That's how they can sell their 'services' so cheap.
