Claim Reps are very RUDE.

I have mixed dealings with them. The frontline people were VERY nice the adjuster was very rude and was confusing my claim with someone else's claim they were working on. She kept typing in thier notes in my claim. Made it very confusing and she was rude about her mistake... Plus, to punish me she sent a 2nd inspector out to look at my car which I had to take PTO for. I told her, you must have over $1000 in a $700 claim. Her comment back to me was " I don't car and it happens all the time" Wonder how they can keep the lower rates with her attitude. After this is settled I will circle back to a manager about her customer service.
