Army VeteranI have had automobile, home owners and boat coverage plus banking with USAA for over 43 years. I had one previous claim in all those years with USAA and it was denied. I must say the second one recently with a CCC Total Loss low ball using cherry-picked comps hundred of miles away on my vehicle was disgusting and does not come close to comp's listed on the USAA website that they would like to sell me!! For those who are happy with policy rates, just wait till you have a claim. Couldn't ask for friendly, more helpful people when you're sending them money. It's like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde when you have a claim. You need to find someone as arrogant as the rep's/adjusters to deal with them. I view this as a learning experience and my policies are going elsewhere even if the cost is increased. What good is good-priced coverage if it doesn't pay. The recent TV advertisements showing heartfelt concern for our troops make me sick. I just change channels.
