poor customer contact.In 40 years of driving i can safely say USAA has the WORST customer contact imanginable! I sold a vehicle in DECEMBER and today got the cancellation for the ONE I AM DRIVING NOW! I am in South Korea and cannot get ahold of a soul. AWWWWESOMEI have been a USAA customer for more than half my life and everytime I need them they are there. I've not yet had to make a claim through my house insurance (thank the Lord!), however, making a claim with the auto insurance deptarment couldn't be more simple. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU USE YOUR DEBIT CARD, USAA WILL NOT BACK IT UPI have been a loyal customer to USAA for over 3 years now. Recently on or around DEC 15 I checked my bank account statement only to discover that there was a $680.00 dollar charge that I did not authorize. They are aweful to deal with!My wife was in an accident with a usaa insured driver. They were horrible to deal with. They politely tried to convince me that that damage to my car was not related to the accident. They asked me to lie to the chevy dealership so they would fix it under warranty. Then when we did lie to the dealership continued... |
