state farm is not your good neighbor!!

we recently bought a home from a prior state farm customer, there was a hole in the roof large enough to crawl in/out of, there was also an area in the floor that i ended up falling through. state farm wouldn't even send an adjuster out, they simply (literally) laughed at us and said it was our problem. like a good neighbor? wtf!!!! oh, by the way MY NEIGHBOR is more than willing to help. The hell with state farm!!!
