Last year I had a flood in my basement from all the rain we had , the ground could not soak it up fast enough , It came through my lower windows. lot of damage! Agent said it was an act of God wont cover this. This year a wind storm pulled roofing off, knocked a tree into power lines and pulled my siding off the house, Agent said it was an act of God. Umm I think God don't like me.. So what am i paying state farm for? Agent files claims so when i try to change Ins.Co. the red flag goes up. No agent or rep. has ever come to my home to even look at the damage. You guys really suck!! I want my money back! I'm not kidding, I will fight this to the end.
