Customer Review - State Farm

losing client base

I find it interesting that some folks with State Farm seem to think this company is flawless. Especially after the Hurricane Katrina debacle....they were called out for trying to write off claims to flood not wind damage and they have the paperwork to prove it. There are plenty of other highly rated companies that offer everything State Farm does and more. The reason there prices are so high is they are banking on their clients to be to afraid to change. Bottom line is their market share continues to drop because people are realizing they do nothing special and as soon as the baby boomer generation disappears this company will shrink dramatically. They spend way to much on advertising and soon they will not have the client base to support.
