Team 53 claims adjustor

Was in accident with driver insured by State farm. I received a phone call from the claims department requesting insurance information. I phoned the claims adjustor (team 53) with the information my agent gave to me and the adjustor was extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone with me, without cause, she treated me like I was an idiot. I had previously considered checking into State Farm for insurance some months ago for my daughter, and am very happy I did not, I will never consider their insurance company again for anything. You treat people the way you want to be treated...The Golden Rule. I phoned my agent and let him know what had happened and he was stunned, however he took it from there with the call back number I was given by the claims adjustor with team 53.
