SF is the BOMB!

For those SF customers who have experienced unprofessional service, I strongly suggest you stay with the company, but call another agent. There are over 17,000 agents in the US. While the premiums for new customers may not be SUPER competitive, SF is loyal to their loyal customers. Things like AFD, MLD and having a local agent is fabulous.

If you are comparing SF to other companies, please be sure you are getting the same amount of coverage. SF rarely writes business with state minimums, and most insurance companies will assume that everyone wants the lowest liability limits.

As far as people being dropped for one claim? I dont believe it for a second. There is always two sides to every story.
