Horrible customer service! Dealt with a total B**ch on the phone by the name of Kim, her extension is 4183963 by the way! The first time I called about needing a rental, she was short and RUDE! I was hit by a teenage punk not paying attention and she was rude to me!! Then I called back because I did not feel I should be responsible for the 50$ deposit on the rental car and she was a total bi**h! There is a special place in hell for people like her!
