Customer Review - State Farm

RUDE and SNEAKY!

I started out under my parent's insurance policy with state farm. The agents were quite helpful and very polite. When it came time to get my own policy I figured I would stay with them, thinking that I would receive the same level of service. I was mistaken. The ladies in my agent's office could not have been more rude! I told them that I would be shopping around for insurance (meaning I hadn't committed to staying with State Farm) and that I would appreciate if they would call me back with a quote. Six months passed and I hadn't received a call from them (I found other insurance). I did receive a bill for almost $1000 dollars from them though! I got the bill on November 22 and was supposed to pay it by November 25! Does this make sense? I called the office and explained that I had been using another company and had not received any contact from them about setting up my policy with them. They gave me the option to pay or have a collection agency on my case!
