Poor Customer Service!

My agent is Matthew Pennington.
I called his office Monday morning and again this morning. NO RESPONSE! Is he out of business?
I need a windshield for my Jeep and to submit a claim for water damage due to a leaky roof. State Farm's customer sucks since my agent of 40 years, Richard Darge retired and Pennington was assigned.
Who is my agent now?
