Ignorant yet argumentative reps = cancelled policy

After receiving a monthly bill for a basic car insurance policy, I had some questions. These were basic questions that I presented to the office of Nicole Dellaporta in Saratoga Springs, NY. The response I received from the staff was mind-blowing and a perfect example of ignorance at best.

After having a step by step walk through of my last 5 months of bills, it was apparent that State Farm had made some sort of error. I was told that I made no sense, and that they were correct. However, they would have to call me back after speaking to someone in their billing department to confirm why exactly they were correct. At this point I was in a state of disbelief. The representative quickly became agitated that I was questioning her and made a point to call me by first name and tell me they would get the answers and get back to me. I informed them that I was not trying to be difficult by that I simply did not understand the bill and just wanted an explanation. Again, I was instructed that State Farm was correct, but they would have to call someone else for the reasons behind this bill and then get back to me. Sufficed to say Nicole Dellaporta's office still has yet to return my phone call and the next contact they will recieve will be the cancellation notice from my new insurance company, where I will be saving $20 a month for the same coverage. Thanks Allstate!
