If they dont want my busines, just say so

I have been a customer for 20 years. We have our current home as well as three other homes,five cars,and four Life Policies with State Farm. Never once have we ever made a claim until now. I put in a claim one month ago and finally today I get a call from the claims office informing me that instead of replacing my AC unit, I will have to wait for thirty days while the part is manufactured and then sent to my contractor. YHGTBFKM
