Horrible Service in Florida

Here in Florida I think it's about time that the Florida State Attorney Generals Office launch a full scale investigation in State Farm that would take a very detailed look into how they handle auto claims. This is a company that says they use independent company for vehicle evaluations only to discover the company works both sides of the claim. Takes money from State Farm as a vendor and then the 3rd party vendor advertises directly to the state farm customer all in the same report. Does this sound like a arms length transaction to you ? Also it's amazing the layers of management in Florida and the fact that they have no accountability to anyone.
