Happy w/ service

I use them for car insurance & renter's insurance. When we were completely robbed, they gave us an extremely fair payment. Money doesn't make up for being robbed, but it sure did help. I did provide extensive receipts (I'm anal about record keeping). And, I've never had a problem getting payment when I've been in car accidents. In fact, they gave us a superb payout when one of the cars was totaled in a freeway accident.

Maybe I have a great agent (Walt Rouleau in San Diego). Despite moving all over California, and even back again from Texas, I've stayed w/ them for over 20 years b/c I feel well taken care of & understood by their office.
