Great until you need them

I have always praised State Farm for years until one State Farm Driver ran a stop sign making a left hand turn and another State Farm driver then hit me from behind. After that they have become the worst company imaginable. All of a sudden, they are claiming no responsibility towards me at all. The police said I was in no way at fault, but State Farm says it's not their problem and I am not entitled to anything! - or so they tell my lawyer.
