Expensive without an Explanation

I only switched to state farm because my mother had them. My husband and me thought it was a good deal then we realized the low rate was temporary; it kept going up. When we'd call they just replied, "state farm increased rates across the board for everyone so don't be concerned." We don't have accidents, tickets, or anything so the increase must be for agent commission. We decided to look around and realized they we're over pricing us by $120 a month and we switched; so now we have a new insurance company with renters & auto and the savings are great. After the switch we received an email from the agent stating how much they dislike that we are canceling them and then they had the nerve to do a draft from our account. After yelling are to get a refund here soon. Don't use State Farm; they are over priced and do not provide anything of value.
