Beware of Home Owners Policy

Be aware of State Farms Preferred vendors - they cut corners that you are not ever aware of. They have it worded so they can replace carpet but only a portion of the pad (they will put new carpet down over old pad which voids the new carpet warranty),they can replace a portion of sheet rock even thought the original is a full sheet. You hear about people filing about false claims but you don't hear about how insurance company's cut corners and cheat the home owner out of " Full Replacement Policy". What a joke the agents are! They are nice until you file a claim. This a quote from my adjuster "As stated above in the language found in your State Farm Homeowners Policy" the key is language found - what a joke.

If you have to rely on the language to cheat people - my point is that Im own my own business and treat my customers in a way I can sleep at night - I am honest with them. Phil, Calvin, Todd - how do you guys sleep at night?
