Agents will Lie in attempt to make you settle

I was standing still and was hit by a person with state farm insurance. It was clearly the other drivers fault!!!

State farm forced me to settle by lying to me on at least two occasions. The first i was told that the body shop where i had my car towed was going to charge a storage fee. I called the body shop and was told that was a lie. I called A. B. at state farm, and he told me that i was not lied to, but i was just given wrong information!! In my book that is a lie!

In trying to settle for a price for my car, i was told that the agent spoke to several people at local dealership. When i called the dealerships, none of these people existed. Again A. B. defended the lie...

In short, i accepted a value that i thought was $800 (about 10%) less than the actual value that i found by comparing to prices at local dealers.

I would not deal with them, and if i ever get hit by another state farm person, i would immediately get a lawyer !!!
