State Farm - not a "good neighbor", denies damage
I have been using State Farm for my car and home for over 12 years. In the spring, our area experienced a freak storm with hail the size of golfballs. |

This company sucksState farm is horrible, progressive and geico rock from my past experiences. If you get hit by a state farm customer, expect the cheapest response from state farm. Lawyer up if you want to get what you deserve, they don't even give you a good loaner and nothing in return. At least the repair facility continued... |

Good Luck with your claimLong story short...my car was hit while parked on the street. No exterior damage to the damage was visible except a small dent in the front license plate. hail damageI had seven roofing companies say my roof was damaged by hail. The estimates ranged from $6500 to $9500. The adjuster that state farm sent out said the damaged totaled $865. I asked for a second adjuster to come out and the second adjuster said the damaged was $965. All the houses in my area have had continued... |

state farm is not your good neighbor!!we recently bought a home from a prior state farm customer, there was a hole in the roof large enough to crawl in/out of, there was also an area in the floor that i ended up falling through. state farm wouldn't even send an adjuster out, they simply (literally) laughed at us and said it was our problem continued... |

Team 53 claims adjustorWas in accident with driver insured by State farm. I received a phone call from the claims department requesting insurance information. I phoned the claims adjustor (team 53) with the information my agent gave to me and the adjustor was extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone with me, without cause, continued... |
