sofeco should be put out of bussness

when filling a claim because one of there insured driver caused an accident i have called them 6 times and no one has called back or done anything my car is gone and i have no way to work but they do not care. i did not have full coverage on my car but my insurance co. has called me 2 times to see how things were going.
when i tell people the other driver had insurance they say good but when i tell them it was safeco they say sorry to hear that I did not know what they ment but I do now safeco is the worst insurance co. most insurance co. will contact you with in 24 hours safeco waits and waits they hope by putting you in a bind you will settle for what ever the offer. well not this time. safeco should be put out of insurance
