one call that was it

I recently rear-ended someone pretty bad. I was lucky that there were no injuries to the other party (huge truck, typical Texan) but I had some back and neck pain from the collision.
I made one call to my agent who directly transferred me to the claims dept. I gave them my statement and within one day I had my car at a repair shop, in a rental car, and my policy had PIP coverage so it paid for the chiropractic visits needed to get me back to health.
I had a good agent and the coverage on the policy was perfect. I never had to make another call after the first contact to my agent. Safeco took great care of me and my car...hopefully I never have to call them again, but will be confident if I need to.
