run in the other direction. changed my due date of auto payment because of hardships. safeco did not do what they promised and pulled the payment on the original date causing me all kinds of difficulties. safeco admitted it was their mistake but stated they could do nothing about it. they pushed a button to withdrawal, they can push a button to correct it. won't is easier than can't. then them into the commission for poor business ethics. RUN AWAY. as long as they get your money they just don't care fr4om that point.
