Customer Review - SafeCo

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!!!

I've never had more of a hassle dealing with an insurance company. There customer service gave me false information and the only thing the manger would say is "sorry for the incorrect information". They just did not care! Their insured hit "ME" and I get treated like the S.O.B. They don't answer their phones, or return calls. Poor service and a sorry excuse for an insurance company.
