They are unprofessional!

I signed up with a monthly set price! They increased my policy later due to them later accidentally crossing my birthday with my brother's birthday! Ok, after getting this correct they brought my rates back down. The next month they raised my rates again from $59 a month to $250 because they couldn't get a record of my driving history and made me pay the Dept of motor vehicle for a copy to send them!!!!! Isn't that their job!?! After I did that they lowered back but once again the next month they raised it again because I still had my original drivers license from my former state I lived in which was still valid but since I wasn't staying there they raised it again from $59 to $250! Ok, I got my drivers licenses renewed in the state I stay in, showed them the license and they said I'm good! Now I just checked my bank account and they still deducted the $250! Hey that was half of my rent money! Up til now I had never been late on my rent! This company is terrible! People, I have been having major issues with this company that I have never out of my 19 years of having auto insurance ! They do not know what they are doing! Because of them taking $250 from my bank account instead of $59 I am now dealing with 4 bounced checks and possibly left to close my bank account! Don't mess with this company!!!! I was warned by a co-worker about this company but thought since I pay all my bills on time I would be OK! Wrong! It happened to me and it "WILL" happen to you if you use Safeco! They should change their name to UNsafeco!
