SafeCo Is a Rip-Off !

Got a different renters policy with another company and called to cancel. They gave me such a run around. Received a new credit card with different security code so they couldn't charge me anymore. Had to fax a form stating i wanted to cancel and my new Co. which is none of their business(its not a law to have renters ins. in NY or anywhere as far as I know)They acted like they never got it and I received a THREATENING letter in the mail that I owed $15 for a premium when i canceled 4 months before! Once they have you your screwed.Considering reporting them to the BBB. They are nothing but a racket.
