I am convinced this company is nothing but shysters! And that's putting it mildly. They take advantage of old people and are not forthcoming with any facts. They were trying to get my 89-year-old mother to pay $680.00 for six-month renewal of an insurance policy that only covered liability! She would have paid it too, that is, if I hadn't stepped in and asked for details. When I told them that we would no longer be paying for their rip-off insurance coverage, they said "fine--do whatever you want." They definitely did not want to talk to me--only to my confused mother. After trying to get her insured with another company, only THEN did I learn that her driver's license had been revoked!! Safeco had to have known this already--but wanted her to renew and pay the full amount (like she always has). What jerks! If she had paid them and then had an accident, her coverage would have been null & void because of the status of her driver's license and Safeco would not have had to pay a dime, even though would have already collected their money from a confused senior citizen. I wonder how many other senior citizens this company has been scamming?!! It's outrageous!
