SAFECO INSURANCE IS DISCUSTING

I got rear ended by an individual who was insured by SAFECO. The police were in the area and saw the whole thing. My rear bumper was dented and started to show signs of buckling/splitting as a result of the impact. Safeco only wants to paint the bumper and not repair the damages. After reading the other comments about SAFECO, I cannot understand why anyone would want to get insured with them. Someone needs to put them out of business.
