Rudest people I've ever dealt with!

I contacted the company for a quote on motorcycle insurance - finally heard back from them after 4 days. The person I spoke with, Eric, was the RUDEST person I've ever dealt with at an insurance company! He was making stuff up as he went along, very condescending - when I pointed out statements that were incorrect, he asked me if I sold insurance in Texas. Needless to say, I won't ever ask for a quote from the company again.
