Rude People!

This is my second complaint! I called Safeco about an issue of raising my policy! They were very rude and told me not to call them directly and to only call the agent I signed with! People, these so-called professionals are not the one you want! i will get the satisfaction of one person reading these complaints and not signing with them, but I know that thousands of people are reading these complaints and will decide not to use "UN" Safeco because the people have spoken!Thank God I am a member of a monthly legal service because they just ripped me off for a couple hundred dollars!
