Poor Service !!!

My car was less then a month old when a guy backed into me in a parking lot. Safeco refused to pay for factory parts and insisted the repair shop use after market parts. The person at the body shop said chances are when the parts get here they may not fit right so I had to cough up the difference which makes me wonder why I pay them so much !!!!

Shopping for new insurance !!!
